BIG LOVE: the story of a man and his fat
BIG LOVE: the story of a man and his fat, art.party.out.reach's debut project, was created for At Hand Theatre's yearly benefit: "Pop and Death." Developed entirely through collaborative play Big Love tells the hilarious-yet-heart-wrenching story of Fat Man and the demise of his relationship with his best friend Fat at the hands of the diabolical "get thin quick" fitness duo of Ludva and her monosyllabic muscle boy Doug. Zany, playful, and intensely physical, the piece is performed completely in mask, drawing on the training that many of the cast received at L'Ecole Jacques Lecoq.
